  Great Service. I called just to ask some questions about a truck I was looking at online. Chris Steinke answered everything I needed and actually suggested to me one that came in a few days previous that wasn't posted yet. When I swung in to take a look, he had it ready to go for me. The test drive was relaxed not pushy in the least and when I noticed some very tiny flecks of over spray from the undercoating I opted for he gave me a free detailing for whenever I chose in the future (the flecks came out easy enough later that night). He's currently still working to find me a Tow Hitch, 3-4 weeks after the deal is already done! Top Notch service for sure and the truck is everything I was looking for.

  The worst car buying experience I've ever had very high pressure sales to buy anything accept what you tell them your looking for. Made the mistake of giving a deposit luckily it was only $100 keep getting the run around trying to get it back for over a week avoid the headache and shop any place else.

  I would call them a joke but jokes are funny. Had to bring in vehicle twice for door mouldings to be replaced under warranty because they couldn't tell left from right. Three attempts to have a windshield replaced. First time the glass was discovered broken the day my vehicle came in. Second time the glass had not arrived. What bothers me about these issues was it was several hours before I was notified of these problems, only after I called to find out the status of my vehicle did they tell me the bad news. Even a simple oil change: when I brought my vehicle in for oil change I was very specific about making sure the oil minder was reset. When I picked up the vehicle, i asked again if the minder was reset, to be told it was "for sure". About two weeks later my oil change minder came on. If you cannot handle simple small jobs, how can you be trusted for major issues? I will be looking for a new Ford dealer to do business with.

  Got a car right off the showroom floor!! Edge with all the bells and whistles! Great service, very helpful staff, flexible, my time was very tight but they made it work! Need a new vehicle! Go to Vicar Ford, 2000 Main Street.
