  Go see Robert S. - he hooked me up! A most pleasant shopping experience (in contrast with my first visit to Bell Mobility at Polo Park which was simply a waste of my time as the clerk rendered my cellphone utterly useless after improperly activating my plan). P.S. Did you know that Lifeproof cases require money to open?

  They lost my S8 and manager was like you can do anywhere even to police and the mistake was of their sales assistance.

  Aug31st: I had a cell phone with Bell. I had 1 month left of my contract so I went to this location to inquired about any deals they may have (which is usual unlikely.) They told me Samsung 8 was on sale. They told me all the charges that would come e.i. activation, new contract fees. I decided to go with MTS' cell deal (in the same day, Aug.31st) and buy out my remaining month of my contract with Bell.

  Horrible service. Went to this store for hardware upgrade but was told I'm not eligible. Did it by myself online the same day and hardware will be shipped to me. Why these representative are not helpful. His name was Marc.

  Very bad ISP. Stay away. You'll be waiting on hold or for a call back for an hour and the information they'll give you is garbage.

  Then 20 days later, I get a $1200.00 bill from Bell. I call Bell and they say I renewed my contact on Aug.31st and took the Samung 8 and 1 hour later that same day I went to MTS and bought out my Bell contract. The call centre supervisor refused to assist me and kept accusing me of having the phone and refusing to admit it, according to him "Bell doesn't make mistakes." Idiots! Who would ever go sign a cell contract and then 1 hour later request to buy it out?! According to the sales guy at this Bell store, this mistake happens alot. It is yet to still be resolved. I am still trying to work this out and neither the Bell call centre nor this store has been much help. Getting the run around.
