  I went to this restaurant many times in the past. However, my last experience was probably my last. The waitress, (Tall, Chinese female), was EXTREMELY rude. When I placed my order and said no pork, she smirked at me when I mentioned to make sure there isn't pork in my soup since there was last time. When the soup was served, she literally just threw it on the table and left saying "enjoy" , again in a very rude tone. The last encounter was the end of it, when she yelled very loudly at a Skip the dishes employee, who simply didn't have his ID with him, and had the audacity to scream at him, making all the guests turn back, making it seem like he committed a huge crime. I feel like that kind of custumer service is non professional, and should definitely be looked into. I never make bad reviews, but after that elderly man was yelled at, it made it hard for my friends and I to remain quiet about this awful situation.

  Their service is the worst I've ever seen. Right at the moment we came in, we were rushed to make orders before we even got seated because their kitchen is closing. It was understandable but when we got seated server told us to be quick in an impolite tone. We ordered a dinner for four and did not get the steamed rice listed in the combo, apparently they cancelled it and replaced it with a dessert. It was clearly written in the menu that the combo comes with steamed rice and dessert(FOOD WAS EXPENSIVE). P.S. this is my first ever review, that's how bad our experience was. NOT EATING HERE AGAIN!!!!!

  A little hit-and-miss, but generally good. For English-only customers (like myself), communication with staff can sometimes be tough, it depends on who you get. The food is usually excellent, but there are occasionally problems with quality. For vegetarians, you can ask to modify any dish to remove meat, and still be left with a hearty meal; their eggplant is excellent. Staff gets frazzled during the rush, so go during off-hours for the best experience. Open late
