  Good price for a slice of cake! The Japanese cheesecake was very interesting to try. The server was delightful. Lovely place to go for coffee and/or dessert.

  Very delicious pancakes! Fluffy and beautifully served. Definitely didn’t expect to see real jasmine flowers in my tea, which is nice. The server was friendly.

  I’d recommend to owner ask for the payment after, not when just ordered, so customers can tip the employee after they had an experience (not when you just ordered and seen a waitress for a minute and have no idea how she’s gonna do her job).

  So I ordered a custom cake for a birthday and it turned out exactly the way it was suppose to which is awesome - except it tastes like the baker forgot to put sugar in the cake. Icing, filling and cake itself was super tasteless. It was suppose to be a chocolate oreo cake but it didn't taste like any chocolate at all or oreos for that matter. I basically served an overpriced, decorated sponge to guests and it was really sad. So i saved a piece and bought it back to the bakery and it took about 5 hours before a manager got back to me. I had to call back once asking about the inquiry and no one knew what I was talking about until someone was kind enough to figure it out for me. So then the manager finally calls at 8pm and apologizes and explains that their bakery just does things differently and I should've asked for more sugar to be put in - like that's reasonable at all. I asked for a partial if not full refund and she said it wouldn't be fair. So it's fair that I served a really nicely decorated sponge on a birthday apparently. I'm not mad, just severely disappointed. The only reason why I'm not fully angry is because it did look the way they had promised it to. If I had known this was the case, I would've just baked my own cake and bought it in to be decorated for the love of God. Great decorating job, tasteless cake, horrible management. Worst bakery I've ever been to.

  Nice desserts. I would have preferred more coffee options to go with my treats though (I appreciate that they let me go get a hot coffee from next door and bring it in to have with my cake). Lots of pretty treats to choose from.
