  In all the years of being in the Hospitality business, I have seen a lot of wanna - be bar staff that just couldn't cut it but this doorman takes the cake.

  After much prodding to what he was going to do about the treatment I had received, he said he had already reviewed the security tapes and pointed out that the doorman could not go in someones property. No kidding! Then he preceeded to defend the doorman saying he looked confused on the tapes? Confused? He was smirking the entire time. He's a bully, picking on women, not men.

  Waitress couldn't make a simple cocktail. Asked for a Long Island but only if recipe included tequila. She served me iced tea with a shot of tequila. I woulda walked out but I was on a date. Nice looking place. Big screen for the gamblers I wouldn't watch the game there.

  Upon entering the Shark Club with my sister last week, the doorman, Shawn, who had his head buried in his cell phone, came running over and very rudely and unprofessionally said "Hey..what you got in your bag?". I explained it was my gym clothes and he ORDERED me to open it. Not liking his tone of voice or attitude but not trying to cause any waves, i complied. He immediately reached in and TOOK my bottle of water from my bag and walked away with it. I asked him what he was doing and where he was going with my water. He said it wasn't allowed in the Club.

  Drink order was fast, but when I ordered food I waiting 30 minutes and recieved nothing and the waitress was too busy running around to check on me and turns out she never ordered them and she just slapped the bill down and walked away. Needless to say. Not pleased

  I called Club Regent casino and was told that the doormen were hired through the restaurant. The supervisor told me that she would send an email to the restaurant manager. I did not hear from him so I called him my self.

  Great downtown lunch spot. Get burger and beer special. Slow service. Has a casino inside. Very nice friendly staff.

  Great atmosphere before a Jets game. Food is exceptional and service is generally good. If you want to go before an event at MTS Centre, it is recommended that you arrive a few hours in advance. The gaming centre attaches is also fun and well maintained. Overall, it is a great place to check out.
