  Brought my vehicle in to have them look it over and let me know what service needed to be done as the shocks were feeling very soft. Picked it up later and they provided me a report but no pricing for each repair. The girl at the desk told me she would email it to me right away. I called again the next day to make sure the email address was correct as I hadn't recieved it. She says she just sent it. Waited another day. Called again. She said she would send it again. Never recieved the quote.

  Wonderful experience! No BS deal, and our sales person was awesome!! Love our JEEP Cherokee!!! So far our experience has been great, but will see over time. Mikes above KIA on Regent who sold us a water damaged vehicle without disclosing. Thanks Crown Nissan!!!!

  At Crown Nissan my family and I were helped by Eric. We were very impressed with how professional and polite he was, and how comfortable he made us feel. You can tell he really cares about the work he does, as he was honest about the whole process, and made sure we were getting a reliable vehicle that suited all of our needs. We will definitely be going back to see him when we purchase our next vehicle. We love this car -Thanks Crown Nissan!

  This was my first experience at Crown Nissan and Chad made it a great one! He was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me get exactly the vehicle I was looking for. The whole process was fun, fast and easy. Chad was always available to address any questions or concerns that I had. I would very much recommend going to see him if you are thinking about buying a vehicle. Thanks!!

  If they can't get the little things right, how can I trust you with my vehicle? I am willing to give you money and you just won't take it. It was convenient as I work nearby but I took my business somewhere else. Not impressed with the service.

  An absolutely horrible experience. The manager played tricky mind games with the customers , and put their own employees at a very awkward position. The sales person Cole was absolutely amazing , he tries his best for customers biggest benefit and is always polite with a smile on him. He is a fantastic sales person. But his manager , Deejay , came along and ruined everything,he was rude. I had to stand up and shake his hand at first. If you are trying to negotiate, he would throw the paper on the table and walk away. he raised the almost 400 dollars next day after I put down 800 dollars deposit the night before ! Are you kidding me ! This is not a reliable establishment, especially the management. What kind of dealership would raise their price after agreement ! Don’t deal with the management. It’s a waste of time!
