  I had a fairly good experience at Murray Hyundai. I purchased an older Accent that was in very good condition and had low k's. On the down side, I was surprised that Murray Hyundai sold the car without front and back floor mats.

Tony Dang is what I want my car salesperson to be: he listens; he is reliable; he's patient; he never rushes you; he explains everything. Tony takes the hassle out of buying a car. You leave the dealership and you feel that you've made a friend. Now - that's what I call salesmanship. I know who's selling me my next car!

  After years of doing business with Murray Hyundai my most recent experience will have a lasting negative impact. I have a 2013 Elantra in for service. We'll had, thank your service representative! Showed a real lack of respect and knowledge but customer service... Starting with communication?!
