  I bring in my vehicle into get rear door replaced and there is a car that's running with a young girl, text in it. So I go past her and park in the customer drop off area. She pulls up and proceeds to tell me she was going to park there and I'm a piece and so on freaking right out! so I go in and she works there. I had set up the work to be done a couple weeks prior and needed the vehicle for work so got them to do it after the owner came out and talked my back from leaving. Regardless there was nothing wrong with the work they did.

  Amazing service! they called me every week with and update even if there wasn't one just to touch bases. Tyler and Les were awesome and walked me through everything. They fixed my car perfectly and even cleaned the inside of the car shampooed carpets detailed everything!! i wouldn't take my car anywhere else now

  The reason for 2 star is be cause of customer service. The older lady who works at the front desk( Deborah?) was not helpful at all from the start when I went in for my estimate to the end. The updates given did not make sense half time n she argued with me when I tried to correct what I figure she meant.

  The staff at Eastside autobody has gone above and beyond for myself and family. Honest, reliable guys who try and accommodate you at every step. Highly recommend them!

  Our vehicle was struck on the driver side front panel and bumper. Both front rims had damage, one more than the other. Eastside superbly matched the paint, had the rims refinished and car perfectly reassembled within 2 weeks despite the Shop being busy. Icing on the cake was the in-house Thrifty Car Rental and insurance. One stop shop. Great job Folks!
