  Went here to exchange a controller and all the staff said I couldn't do it because I bought it at a ceramic location. Never had this problem at any other EB games only here. Also basically made me feel stupid for even trying to echange it.... never go to this location again.

  Save yourself some grief and head across Regent to the EB in Kildonan Place. Those guys are always friendly and willing to help.

  Every staff member I've encountered has been rude and dismissive. The manager, Sherry takes the cake. Sherry is easily one of the most unfriendly, passive aggressive people I have ever met. The fact that someone gave her the position of manager boggles my mind.

  Hands down the worst EB in the city. Every time I go there, I kick myself for giving them my business.

  I don’t recommend anyone to go here. I was going to purchase a headset from this place but the person assisting me made me wait several minutes and when inquiring about whether I can order something they said they could not and did not provide anymore assistance. The reception was very cold and felt quite offended. Probably best to steer clear and just go over to the Best Buy nearby.

  Couldn’t get a cash/debit refund for in used USB cable because the box was opened. Received instore gift card that I’ll never use, brought it back same day, not impressed as the box had been opened when I bought it from people checking it out. Store is a joke won’t ever be going back, terrible return policies should have went to Best Buy to begin with 30 days to return, don’t waste your time here.

  The staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable when inquiring about games and systems as well as Collectibles and merchandise.
