  Happy with my purchase of 4 dining room chairs and 2 living chairs. In fact just ordered a small accent table. Very good prices. Nice styles. Can often find something there that a little unique. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy. Orders usually come in quickly. Only downsize is they don't want to help you get things into your car. They told me it was an issue in case they damaged your vehicle. An issue for me as I was on my own. The fellow did however put it in my car.

  Was very impressed with my experience at Structube. Staff were friendly and explained the process to me very well. Table and chairs came in exactly when then stated they should.

  Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service. I ordered a media centre...I go to pick it up alone after receiving a text that it was ready to pickup after 3 weeks. Once I get to the store on the complete other side of the city the most rude and ignorant woman at the counter loads it up on a wheeler to the door. I asked her if I could get help to load it in my car since it was over 100 lbs and I have a back injury. She refuses and tells me to “go home and pickup someone else up and bring them back” if I want any help!!! I was absolutely astounded. Then her and 2 other associates watched me through the windows struggling to get it into my car while no one lifted a finger to help me. I had literally just arrived at STRUCTUBE from physio for my back injury and then I have to lift a 150 lb table into my alone? It is literally repulsing the service I received. I get better service at WINNERS for a fraction of the price. Will NEVER buy a single thing from there again..ever!!!

  I bought the Dietrich sofa from Structube this past Spring and I'm very happy with it. It looks fabulous and the price was fantastic. The delivery driver was a few hours late so I had to wait longer than the proposed delivery time. Also, a bolt for one of the legs didn't have the Allen key hole in it so I had to visit the store to get a replacement. The staff was happy to help me out and assembly was easy. I would definitely order from Structube again!

  My experience with Structube was 100% positive. Purchased the Griffith King Size bed in November. Delivery was on time. The warehouse staff were also super accommodating with my time request for delivery.

  Prices are great. And the product selection is good with some different choices than what you see at other stores.
