This particular Brick store or franchise service is so pathetic and I don’t know where to do complaint. I bought 55 inches 3D 4K tv with extended warranty and paid over 2000 $ and now am calling this store over a week to replace the remote but their system is down all the time and just putting me on hold all the time and no one returns the call or give update. I hope Any of your Manager will look into this and help me to get my issues resolve.

IF YOU LIVE OUT OF TOWN STAY AWAY FROM THE BRICK. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY ADVERTISE.

We called the store after finding a better deal on shipping and the representative on the phone said they would price match and we just had to come down. We wanted to go with The Brick only for the fact they offered an earlier shipping date.

Visit 2 - We walked into the store and the sharks were circling the entrance waiting for their paycheque. This salesman actually took some time to qualify us and we were polite to not interrupt as he actually sounded like he knew something about the product unlike our first visit. Once we discussed what we were looking for he offered us $2000 + $400 for a floor model set of the washer we were looking for and said he would price match the washer if we went with new. We were extremely hesitant about the floor models as the dryer door did not seem to shut every time and we did not know how long they were on the floor. I asked multiple times and not once did he provide me length of time. When we started to discuss the delivery to our house he told us they could not deliver the floor models but would deliver the new washer. I asked why and the only answer was because they aren't willing too. During the sale we told them that we lived in la salle and the sales rep said that they would deliver and price match the washer with Costco and their free shipping. We asked about the haul away and the rep said nothing about not being able to. So we said we would go with the just the washer. We moved to the sales cubicle and that's when I started to feel really pissed off. First my wife and I went back and forth about the warranty and decided to not go with the warranty. The sales rep then said okay and rang up the washer. At this point my son was getting fussy and I did not do the math and was slightly baffled by the price that came up and was like did my wife tell him to go with warranty. The sales rep added the warranty to our bill even though we said we did not want it! I even confirmed with my wife that she did not say she wanted the warranty. The second the sales rep saw the transaction went through he asked when we wanted it delivered and we chose August 10. Once the signature was provided he then said no haul away service. I asked for the manager and sat there arguing with them about doing the haul away service. Their excuse was when they go out of town their truck is full. I told them if they cannot do the service I need this to be returned.

Visit 1 - We walked in to the store and the commission driven sales people were lying in waiting. We were approached by a saleswoman who asked us what we were looking for. We replied washing machine and she took us to the department. We stated we were looking for an LG model and without even qualifying us she chose a model and started calculating the price and extended warranty. Little did she know we knew the model we wanted. Instead of discussing differences and benefits of the machines she started on warranty and started an argument. When we told her the model we wanted we asked if the price match. She said they do and I asked what the price of the model would be if she price matched to Costco, BestBuy and homedepot considering they were all 1399 and The Brick was 1499. She told us that she had to discuss with the manager. After a few minutes she returned and said that their tagged price was incorrect and that their price was the same as everyone else. First the floor model was priced as a clearance set with dryer and not individual and the website was clearly $1,499. Thanks for lying to the customer that potentially is paying your wage. I politely told her we needed some time and she stalked us throughout the store until we got to the front door. Instead of letting us leave when I said we need to think about it she started arguing the extended warranty again.

Well...forget the ADVERTISED SPECIALS! Just spoke to a manager nothing they are promoting for Canada Day (they are a proud Canadian Company) is available. Looking for a dishwasher can't wait a month! BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING...

Great stuff. Felt a little weird when the sales reps started a wee bit of an argument over who's customer we were. I understand they work on commission but it gets a bit annoying when they hover.....or when you say that you want to discuss it over with the wife and they follow you. This is when the customer wants privacy.

Customer service is a joke here. We were interested in a kitchen table that was on sale, so we asked a guy what chairs he could show us to go with it. He showed us a flyer instead with a different table, said it would be better for us, and they didn't have any stock. He told us to check a different brick. We got the message that he pretty much asked us to leave, maybe a racism thing as my partner isn't white... We sat in the massage chairs for 20 minutes and left. All they're good for is free massages in the chairs.
