  The staff is nice but the business is extremely cheap. Parents just spent $1100 on a dryer and they wouldn’t even throw in a hose... tell you I’ll never buy any big appliances there.

  Employees at the customer service desk this morning (Fri Feb 9) could use some additional training on your own products (credit card) and processes (delivery etc. ) they were not helpful and I got the impression that I was being an inconvenience. There was no one else waiting.

  I interacted with the pro desk and the flooring department and each of them were very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.

  I'm giving this rating to give thanks to your employee, Rod, for the help he gave yo my great Aunt today. She came in to get materials to build a step for my grandmother (who has mobility problems) so that she can step out onto her balcony, as she loves to do, and which she has been unable to do yet this year. Rod not only helped her find what she needed, but built built it for her to make her life easier. Our entire family is very grateful for the help he gave her today, most especially for going above and beyond what was expected. I do hope this gets back to him.
