  The front staff need to be trained to be more efficient. Mistakes made. E.g. A man was waiting after a doctor told front desk lady to put him into the schedule. The man was never put into the schedule until he asked about it again.

  Reception was really friendly and helpful, wait time was good but the Dr was useless. I would NEVER go there again. All I got told was go home and take Tylenol when there is clearly a bigger problem... Don't waste Your time there.

  The test result is not punctual at all. I have exactly different result from another clinic. Don't waste your time to go there.

  When I arrived the staff at the reception area ignored patients waiting for service. Then it turned out the staff had talked to someone to book an appointment, but it was another patient with the same first name, so I had to wait for the other patient to be seen first.

  The front desk girls don't know what they are doing. Ask ridiculous questions and try to reject patients for some funny reasons.

  After not hearing anything from the clinic following a referral through military family services, I reached out to them. They claimed they spoke to me to book an appointment scheduled for the following week. (They didn't). I told them I would be there for the appointment in any event.

  Very rude staff including doctor .. i dont understand why they are so unethical towards their profession .. they should try to feel the pain of patients rather shout at patients

  The doctor I saw actually seemed decent, but the lack of professional care by the staff prompted me to find a gp elsewhere.
