  I got a brand new item from my friend as a birthday gift but it doesn’t fit. I asked my friend if she still has the receipt with her and she said she asked them to put the gift receipt in the bag so I checked the bag but no receipts were found. I came back to the store the next day to see if I can exchange for the same item in larger size but they refused and told me I have to ask my friend for a valid receipt which they never gave us. They didn’t even want to take a look at the item or offer another option to verify the purchase. Poor customer service.

  It was so amazing,fantastic experience...employees were so nice and friendly,,,now i get it why there is always lined up outside the store...excellent service !!!

  In early December, my dad was in your store purchasing birthday & Christmas gifts. There was a promotion on where if you spent a certain amount you'd receive a free gift. He paid, left the store and was on his way back to work as then he realized the lady forgot to give him the free gift. Once he got back to work, he phone the store and explained the scenario. The lady he was speaking to, Brittany, was super nice. She was going to put the gift aside for him to come pick up. He couldn't make it back to that end of town as he works in West St. Paul. Brittany, the sales associate then offered to deliver the gift to him. My dad then offered to meet her half way to intercept this gift. She insisted to bring it to my dad's work. A couple hours later, Brittany showed up at my dad's work with the free gift. My dad, as a business owner, was extremely grateful for what she did. I would like to point out that Brittany went above and beyond what her duties as a sales associate would do. That shows tremendous customer service! Thank you!

  horrible horrible customer service!! I had 2 horrible experiences within a 2 week span. 1. I went to the store to buy something before christmas and the sales associate approached me by saying "what do you want." not even a "hello. hi. what brings you in today. how may i assist you." 2. I received something as a gift and it didn't fit me and i was hoping to exchange it for something else unfortunately as it was a gift i did not have the original receipt and they wouldn't even look at the item and just refused to do anything to assist me or give me any other option. terrible customer service!
