    As a faculty member of the university, I can assure you this is the most terrible office on the campus.

    Paid for parking and accidentally parked in a staff parking spot because of terrible signs, then got a ticket. The parking lot was empty.

    They gave me a ticket when I displayed my receipt on the dash. I went there and showed them I paid and they told me I had to wait until the next day. I have a busy schedule and was unable to so I had to pay the full price for a parking ticket..

    Untrained, careless, unobliging and discourteous staff at the front desk. I have personally had bad experiences. Overall a money making business.
