    Best Chinese Food takeouts in the city. Great family behind the “curtain”

    Did not live up to the hype. Hot and sour soup was on the bland side. Consommé soup was generally liked, if a bit salty. The beef in the ginger beef was a strange texture. The chicken with green pepper in black bean sauce was skimpy on the chicken. Lemon chicken was the best in terms of flavour, taste and texture. In all, a very average meal. Maybe we just picked the wrong items?

    So good! Probably best in Winnipeg. If you want to eat there, you better place your ordermany hours in advance because they are so busy, but for good reason. Simply the best....

    Best Chinese food that I have had in winnipeg. I order from here quite often and even though it is always busy I receive my orders in good time. Take out or delivery only.

    Always excellent "Western-Style" Chinese food. (Sorry foodies and hipsters). They are polite, friendly and easy to communicate with on the phone or in person. Order early on weekends or special events if you want to eat before 10pm or at all... They are always busy. Highlight for me is the deep fried wontons which come with a huge hunk of pork in the middle: get a double order!
